Position Summary
- Reporting to the Head Coach, Water Polo, the Assistant Coach will assist in the organization, planning, coaching, instructing, and teaching at all practices and matches.
- This position requires frequent travel and often requires evening and weekend work.
Essential Functions
- Assists in skill instruction and student-athlete development.
- Evaluates, identifies, and recruits quality student-athletes within the University, Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA), and NCAA policies.
- Assists the head coach with administrative operations of the men €™s water polo program as required.
- Complies with all University policies and procedures, NCAA, and CWPA rules and regulations.
- Commitment to attend all practices and home and away matches.
- Attends fundraising events upon request to support the program.

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years coaching or playing experience.
Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills
- High-level organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment and motivation to building a successful program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
Minimum Starting Salary: $75,000
Maximum Starting Salary: $80,000
Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
